“Being a frequent traveller I've stayed in many B&B in Europe and Asia. But so far this is the best B&B I've ever stayed in my life. We arrived late due to traffic jam but the host stayed up and helped us with the check in. We have lots of luggages so the host upgrades our room to a spacious Purple butterfly without any additional charge. The breakfast every morning is delicious, fresh and abundant with lots of variety, we brought along a 3-year-old and the host even prepare additional donuts……

“There is a beautiful garden. We could have breakfast and enjoy the view at the same time. The hotel hosts are really nice and always smile. The breakfast is boring and not enough. The sound isolation is so bad. We could hear the sound of faucet, water dripping, clop-clop, talking, and so on. The parking lot is crowded. The kitchen is not opening for use. No water dispenser. Walking to the Niagara falls will spend about 10 minutes. ”

“Overall the house was clean and very organized. We encountered few issues in the beginning. First was that the host was not accessible until half an hour before check in. I did not receive any check in check out instruction or email. I had some questions about an extra guest charge on the receipt and this was not addressed. “Pool 9am to 9pm not useful at all and a shame that a beautiful thay size remains empty in the morning or night when people could train and get good active livinf done. Pool window opened to all who come in front desk as no privacy and this would have been of a immense concern for people outside pool area taking pictures. And just looking: very intimidating. No snack bar, no convenience store, no restaurant opened passed 8pm! Make sure you bring them with you. Breakfast included but not served……

“Motel room was very clean with up-to-date modern furniture/fixtures, comfortable bed with nice soft linens. Large clean bathroom and towels. Lots of parking spots and the staff were helpful and friendly. The Motel on-premise cafe food was very good. The Kent Motel is in a good location to the historic downtown, Shaw Festival Theatre, restaurants and wineries. “We booked a “River View” room for two nights. It was on the 6th Floor. The Hotel is just across the road from the “Skylon Tower”. Room was surprisingly spacious. One side of the big windows we could see the American Falls - although it was from a long distance. The other side was facing the Casino Hotel. The location is excellent! From the Hotel entrance turn left and walk down the hill 3 minutes and you are on the waterfront. A few minutes walk to see the US Falls and 5-8 minutes to the……
