「Large room on 1st floor overlooking the quiet street, although the bed was made and towels replenished every day the room wasn't really clean overall. The floor wasn't swept or mopped during our stay and the skirting boards were thick with dust/dirt and possibly hadn't been cleaned for weeks/months. The pool area was pleasant but could be so much better, the deck chairs provided were uncomfortable and pretty dangerous as one collapsed and trapped my husband's fingers in the mechanism, crushing 3...

「The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and housekeeping standards were good. However, there were several aspects that meant this hotel fell well short of what we would expect from a 4-star Spanish all-inclusive resort. 「Magnificent! Style! Comfort! Fabulous staff!!」

「Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are modern and clean.」
