「Just the best staff ever! We were travelling with our 19 month old toddler and nothing was too much for the staff - they paid attention to our family, even did the check-in process via a tablet in our room so we are comfortable. We stayed twice before and after our flight from Chennai Intl. We used Accords airport pick up and drop off service for additional charge - absolutely worth every penny- they were waiting for us, ushered us to the car, helped with luggage etc! I have travelled a lot...

「The property is a bit out of the city and getting cabs is a challenge. The hotel can arrange cabs but this was expensive for short trips, but may be on par with other travel agents for long travel.」

「It’s a very well kept stay. The staff was very approachable and helpful. They do not have a kitchen in the twin bed room unit I stayed in but you can get good ordered via the reception. Basic toiletries are made available. I liked the temple, the green mountain and the street I could see from my balcony.」
