「Rental is facilitated through Homerti, which went smoothly with good and responsive communication. In the house, we got so much more than we expected - including 4 bedrooms (1 each) when the listing says 3. The bathrooms are new, great showers. Lots of space inside and out, including two terraces / verandas. Location is fantastic; a short walk to the marina and restaurants of Portopetro. Check in was easy. The only thing that would have been a helpful addition is kitchen basics for cooking (i.e....

「We had a lovely stay for 4 nights at Villa Beatriz, the villa was clean and bright and a lovely unexpected welcome pack was left for us on arrival that was just what was needed as we were late evening arrivals. It's just a short walk to the Cala D'or Marina, where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Couldn't fault it, thank you.」
