Good value and staff responded to any request quickly and helpfully. Good value for money with the pool, 4 bedrooms and great mai/cook The location isn’t near anything though so nothing within walking distance (you can get to 7 11 in a 20 minute walk). We expected that so just be aware. M had a great stay with friends here

Exceptional in every way

We chose the villa to serve as a large shared space for two families reuniting (one from Ireland and one from Australia) and it was perfect. The communal space was perfect and everyone had large bedrooms and private bathrooms. The pool area was beautiful and the outlook on the hills. The butler and maid option were more than we hoped for and truly turned the holiday into a break for everyone. The villa is 5 minutes from two beautiful beaches. Super near the airport but nowhere near flight paths. We can't recommend it enough

Wonderful Property

We were sure what to expect from our first experience of Thailand. This property is fantastic and we could not have asked for more attentive hosts. Boat and Noi could not have done more for us and if you are looking for a relaxing holiday this villa and complex is where you want to be - It is beautiful. Boat laid on all the taxis we needed and arranged our excursions without fuss and offered fantastic advice. Noi cooked some fabulous meals the flavours of which I haven't experienced before. We will return - Soon.

Better than expected

The house was extremely comfortable and convenient. Impeccably clean and well maintained. The manager Nu was totally helpful. He arranged for all the services we required with efficiency and promptness. The maid , Nui, was magnificent. The best. Everything was done with a smile. She is a great cook. I almost thought of offering her a job at home…

Incredible villa

I cannot speak highly enough of this property. From the moment we arrived we felt special and nothing was too much trouble . The villa was spacious, bright, extremely well equipped, comfortable and perfect for our family . The pool was a good size and clean and the outside living space, with wonderful views, was a joy. Noi and Boat were amazing hosts and kind beyond measure . There was nothing that couldn’t be arranged. The peaceful surroundings was just what we wanted, but had we wanted nightlife and shops this would not have been suitable at all. I would recommend this villa without hesitation.

Overall, excellent

Anything negative I have to say is outweighed by the very kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond for us. Be aware that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms - coming from a cold climate country, this renders the main kitchen and living room area intolerably hot. You can leave the bedroom doors open and that helps, but it takes a while to make much difference. The outdoor area is beautiful. Note that if you’re down by the gate to the road, there is a big trench where the gate travels. I almost blundered into this, and if I had probably would have broken my ankle. Be cautious! Anyway, lovely villa and lovely people.

Fantastic place, service is impeccable

We had a great stay at Bismarck's Paradise Estate. The villas are lovely but the service from Nu and Noi is amazing. They are both very attentive and no request is too much for them. Highly recommend Bismarck's for a family holiday.

Golfer’s delight

We stayed at Eden as a four person group to play golf and enjoy Nai Yang Beach. This is the perfect place to do it. Nai Yang sunset dinners, excellent staff and the golf courses at Blue Canyon and red Mountain made this a great week. Thank you Phuket and Bismarck’s.

Wonderful Villa!!!

We stayed at Villa Eden last summer as a family of 5 and had a fabulous time. The location is wonderfully quiet yet it is within easy reach of the airport and many attractions. Mike gave us a really warm welcome and could not have been more accommodating. The salt water pool was spotless and when we chose to eat-in, the food was wonderful. We have holidayed in privately owned villas for many years and this is by far the nicest property that we have stayed in. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, relaxing and pampered

We had 2 families in this beautiful villa to spend our last piece of our vacation relaxing. The villa was private, clean, luxurious and the staff wonderful to work with. Nothing like having home cooked Thai food waiting for us when coming home from a fun day of exploring and having them available to ask questions or help with reservations as needed. This area of the island is quieter with amazing beaches that we preferred to the ones in the south although able to visit them as well. Tours will pick you up directly from villa too which is convenient although we also had them rent a car for us which was waiting when we arrived. Will definitely return here if come back!

Wonderful Getaway at Villa Eden

Villa Eden was perfect for our family getaway. The property is exeptionally clean, bedrooms spacious ( each with own bathroom), kitchen very well appointed with everything you need plus more. The living area is open and roomy and opens up to a fabulous outdoor area with a large saltwater pool. This property was perfect for our family of 7 (adults and teens). Plenty of room for everybody to relax. Location is quiet and beautiful, and away from the bustle, however you can easily imerse yourself in the bustle by calling a 'Bolt' ( like an Uber). What made our stay even better from start to finish were the responsive admin staff , and the wonderful Mr Boat and Noi. Noi cooked wonderful meals for us which rivalled the local restaurants, and kept us well looked after. Mr Boat gave helpful activity suggestions and local knowledge and was always available to assist us if needed. These are wonderful people, we miss their lovely smiles! We will definitely be back.

Clean & comfy private villa with great service

We were there for 5D4N staying at Villa Eden (4 rooms). The moment we reached, we fell in love with the villa as it is spacious and most importantly clean. The pool itself is very well maintained and it comes with jacuzzi and beany floats. The service provided by the manager there (known as Nu) was excellant. He was kind, respectful and very helpful...he was all we could ask for. And there was a cleaner (known as Noi) for us during the day, so we did not have to do any laundry or dishes by ourselves...this is a real vacation! The location is far from Patong (45mins drive) and it is a little dark to drive back at night. But once you got used to it, you have nothing to worry about. One thing that could be improved is the living room, at times it will get a little hot in there as there are only 2 standing fans. But all in all, great villa and we will definately go back there again! I even started recommending this to my family and friends.

We were picked up from the airport and the drive was about 10 minutes until we arrived at the villa. The photos do not do it justice. We had pre ordered food and it was waiting and it was perfect. Noi is the perfect cook I wish we could have brought her home. The villa is spotless and there is everything you need there. We stayed for 6 nights and I think Noi cooked for us about 3/4 times. She came in everyday and chopped up fresh fruit for breakfast, pineapple, melon and anything else that we had purchased. She did all our washing I think we were well and truly spoilt. It was extremely hot whilst we were there and the pool was perfect and from what I can remember it was cleaned most days. I would say for us as a group of 7 we would have liked 2 extra chairs but that is just personal choice there was a 4 poster day bed but none of us really wanted to us it. We did have a massage whilst there which was really good. We did hired the 7 seater van which came in handy to go to the beach and also shopping. The van did not come with sat nav and we did get lost a couple of times but it was during the day we soon got used to the area. We used the WiFi in the villa before we left to see roughly where we had to go. We used Tesco which is not too far away, if you like teabags Tesco do sell them but were out of stock so maybe take some of your own just in case. I did use the loose tea which is not too bad and the coffee was good. If you turn right as you go out of the villas main gate you can walk to the 7/11 (they are everywhere) it will take about 20 minutes and its a nice walk and the locals are very friendly. I wish I lived closer to enjoy it again we had a fab time. Perfect.

Die Kommunikation sowie die Abholung von Patong und Verbringung zum Flughafen war sehr gut. Die Villa war sehr groß, sauber und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl darin gefühlt.,Neu unser Hausmädchen hat sich gut um uns gekümmert und lecker für uns gekocht. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit dort und können die Villa sehr empfehlen.

Très agréable villa avec service: le top!

Villa spacieuse tout se fait sans souci. Le personnel s’occupe de vous comme à l’hôtel et prépare les repas sur demande : délicieux ! Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances en famille. Plage à environ 10 minutes de voiture, aéroport à 15min pour un départ et une arrivée faciles. Un peu plus de route pour les centres principaux de phuket par contre si vous voulez vous y rendre. Nous avions une voiture de location (emplacement réservé couvert à la villa pour le parking) c’était parfait.

Eden merveilleuse villa et son personnel remarquable

Nous avons partagé en famille des jours des soirées inoubliables dans la villa ,sa piscine et ses statues boudhistes ,Noi nous a fait de délicieux plats thaïlandais ,discrète et efficace ,souriante .Boat toujours à l écoute afin que nos projets d excursions ,de visites soient au top nous donnant des conseils pratiques ,wud notre chauffeur toujours disponible.Notre départ n en a été que plus difficile car nous les aimons beaucoup ! Nous espérons revenir dès que possible . Vraiment un séjour de rêve !

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt. Alle Absprachen sind sehr gut gelaufen. Die Villa befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage. Abseits von den großen Touristencentren. Bis in den Süden benötigt man je nach Verkehr 1,5 Stunden. Sehr gut erreichbar vom Flughafen. Trotzdem kein Fluglärm. Alles ist sehr sauber. Wir wurden hervorragend bekocht. Das ein oder andere Detail in der Beschreibung war nicht ganz 100%zutreffend. Beispielsweise sind es ein paar Minuten länger mit dem Taxi zum nächsten Strand. Auch das ein oder andere aufblasbare Spielzeug für den Pool haben wir für die Kinder selber gekauft. Aber wirklich absolute Kleinigkeiten. Würde alles sehr empfehlen.
