The farm offers spacious and well-maintained exteriors, ideal for relaxing and having fun in the midst of nature. It features a large round swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a refreshing swim. The outdoor area also includes a barbecue with a table for 6 people, ideal for outdoor meals.



Children can enjoy the playground and a ping pong table. The large garden with natural grass completes this perfect setting to disconnect in contact with nature.



The interior of the property is distributed on a single floor, which makes it accessible and functional. The spacious living-dining room, directly connected to the terrace, stands out for its natural light and cozy atmosphere. It is furnished with two comfortable sofas and has air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout the year. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, ideal for those who enjoy cooking during vacations. The house has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and two with two single beds of 90 cm each. Additionally, it has a second bathroom with a shower, located near the rooms with individual beds.



The farm is located in a rural and quiet area, just a few minutes by car from the charming village of Sa Pobla, where you will find typical Mallorcan restaurants, bars, supermarkets and its local market on Sundays, perfect for buying fresh and zero-kilometer products. In addition, in just 15 minutes by car you can reach Alcudia, one of the most visited coastal towns on the island, famous for its white sandy beach, its marina and its walled old town.
