    Beautiful and modern Villa near Sa Pobla with a lovely mountain view. The house has a habitable area of approximately 250 m². On the ground floor, next to the entrance on the right, are the stairs leading to the second floor. To the left is the first bedroom and in front a bathroom, the dining room in an open concept with a fully equipped living room, the kitchen is also super modern. There is another dining room with a barbecue. On the first floor there are two more bathrooms and three bedrooms. From the balcony you can enjoy fantastic views of the Mallorcan countryside. The house has air conditioning and central heating.



    Outside, the house has a large garden with a large swimming pool, a bathroom and a barbecue. The place offers a charming space where family and friends can live unforgettable moments.



    IMPORTANT:

    - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

    - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

    - 💡 Important note about electricity consumption:

    Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

    A charge of 0.35 Eur/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, to be paid at the end of the stay.

    - Heating Optional according to consumption. (1.20 Eur/Litre)

Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal in dieser Villa gewesen. Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Wir fühlen uns jedes Mal vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Das Internet wurde verbessert und hat jetzt eine tolle Qualität. Somit wurden uns in diesem Jahr zusätzliche Roamingkosten erspart. Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen und komme sicher wieder. -

Eine wunderschöne Finca

Eine Finca in mitten von landwirtschaftlich genutzten Flächen. Das Gebäude lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der riesige Garten wird Top gepflegt. Der Pool ist größer als mancher Hotelpool. Für meine Frau, unseren drei Kindern und mich war es eine sehr schöne Zeit, wir haben das zweite mal Finca Urlaub gemacht und werden dies wohl auch weiterhin tun. Bis zu Bucht von Alcudia sind es circa 15 Autominuten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war hervorragend. Die Filtersiebe von den Waschmaschinen und dem Geschirrspüler müssten mal gereinigt werden. Aber das ist klagen auf hohen Niveau.

We cant wait to come back and stay again.

We booked a stay at the villa last minute, not having previously been to Mallorca so not really knowing what to expect. The villa is stunning and in a great location. It feels like you're in the middle of no where with nothing around, it is really private but just a few minutes down the road is the supermarket and a Lidl so we were able to stock up easily on food, drink and essentials during our stay. The villa had a guide on the local area and beaches to visit which was really helpful. It was a short drive approx. 15 minutes to Platja De Muro which is a stunning beach with lots going on around. With the villa being so lovely and having an amazing pool we spent most of our time there. The owner met us at the property on arrival and came to look after the garden and pool every couple of days. He was so lovely and helpful and nothing was too much for him. We can't recommend the villa enough and also Mallorca Charme who provided great communication and help throughout the booking and our stay.

Sehr schöne, sehr saubere Finca

Die Finca war sehr sauber, schick eingerichtet und der abgesperrt Pool war mit kleinen Kindern einfach nur wundervoll. Der Service sowohl durch den Eigentümer als auch durch das Team von Mallorca Charme war super. Leichte Abzüge gibt es wegen der Schlafsitaution. In 4 Schlafzimmern gab es nur ein Doppelbett,was für zwei Paare mit Kindern gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Die Lage der Finca ist "verkehrsgünstig", aber das hat nicht großartig gestört.

Wir würden sofort wieder hier in den Urlaub! Preis- / Leistung ist unschlagbar!

Wir waren für eine Woche im Oktober in der Villa. Anfangs waren wir 5 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, danach noch 4 Erwachsene + 1 Kind. Wir hatten absolut genug Platz! Man weiss fast nicht wo man sich verweilen soll, da es so viele Möglichkeiten gibt. Alles war perfekt sauber. Die Lage ist super, da gerade bei der Autobahn. Es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand Can Picafort oder Alcudia. Dank Autobahnanschluss ist man in ca 40min beinahe überall. Wir würden sofort wieder hier in den Urlaub! Preis- / Leistung ist unschlagbar!

Sehr schöne und großzügige Finca. Wir hatten mit 7Personen sehr viel Platz.

Strand und Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Der Besitzer war immer für uns da. Wir würden dort immer wieder Urlaub machen. Leider fehlte für uns eine Kaffeemaschine, die wir dann gekauft haben. Im Bad mit Wanne wäre eine Dusche besser. Wir haben immer im Poolhaus geduscht.

Beautiful modern villa

Spacious, beautiful and very clean villa plenty big enough for 8 (we noticed a cot in one of the downstairs rooms so could possibly accommodate 8 plus a baby?) Great location for cycling and exploring northern Mallorca, not a massive amount in Sa Pobla itself but the villa is very near a main road for access to all local places (no noise or security issues though) and 2 min drive from the nearest supermarket. All facilities you could need very provided including pool towels, toilet roll and all cleaning products (could do with more bin liners to last the stay though), plenty of kitchen equipment if you wish to cook and lots of hot water and powerful showers (we have found these things a problem with other villas we have stayed in) We found paying for electricity/air con on top of the cost of the Villa highly unusual especially as this and to be paid cash (300 euros) at the beginning of the stay-meaning we were left with euros at the end of our stay that we couldn’t use until our next foreign holiday. This was another euro180 on top of the villa cost, it would be bette to add another euro100 onto the cost of the villa and not charge this at all. The pool is quite deep all throughout-just a note, not a problem for us though. The only other negative was there being only one shower inside the property which is off the main living area. There is also a very nice modern shower/bathroom next to the pool outside , but it would be better to have showers in the two bathrooms upstairs - there are handheld showers in each bathroom upstairs but no good for an actual shower - ok for rinsing children though. In the en-suite this would easily solved by a glass screen above the bath.

Très belle Finca

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette finca spacieuse, chaleureuse. Le propriétaire est très sympa. Petite demande pour une prochaine fois serait un ou 2 pieds de parasol pour quand les enfants jouent au bord de la piscine. Et aussi de mettre des joints plus épais autour de l'évier et des fenêtres de la cuisine, les fourmis y passent trop facilement. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de belles vacances.

Schöne Finca mit kleinen Verbesserungen

Die Finca mit Poolanlage und gesamter Außenanlage ist ein optisches Highlight. Auch der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht alles optisch intakt zu halten. Die zwei Bäder im Obergeschoß haben keine Dusche oder einen Duschvorhang, dies ist sehr schade, da man im Urlaub normalerweise duscht und nicht badet. Das Doppelbett im EG ist eine Zumutung, das es nur eine Gesamthöhe von ca. 30cm hat. Dies ist nichts für Gäste ab 50!! Auch die Technik, vor allem der Wasserdruck, macht oftmals schlapp wenn zeitgleich mehrere Personen duschen. Es fehlen auch ein paar vernünftige große Gläser (0,5 ltr. o.ä.) wenn man mal ein Bier o.ä. trinken möchte. Ferner kommt am Ende nochmal ne gesalzene Stromrechnung auf einem zu, da wir nicht mit 280.-€ für 10 Tage gerechnet haben.

lovely quiet villa

peaceful setting, spacious house with nice big rooms, outside pool area is big and has lots of resting areas, nice clean pool. kitchen contents need to be replaced(pans etc are warped and overused), not enough cutlery, glasses. Too much concrete outside, lacks a bit of atmosphere, under the swing the concrete is quite dangerous for falling kids.
