A second bedroom with 2 single beds is also on this floor, along with a guest toilet.
• Upper Floor: This level has two additional bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, and a independent full bathroom. There's also a spacious lounge area with two sofas and a terrace offering lovely views of the garden and pool.
• Outdoor Area: Enjoy the private pool with sunbeds for lounging and a garden table and chairs for outdoor dining. The outdoor bathroom with a shower is convenient for poolside use, and the barbecue area is perfect for al fresco dinners under the stars.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.
Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.
Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.
Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
