“Our family of four with two teenage boys loved our stay. The staff was kind and outstanding. I would highly recommend you use their airport transfer. They helped us through the streets of the Medina. The property was clean and comfortable. The manager and the whole team were devoted to our happiness and comfort. Most importantly, almost everyone interacted with had a friendly smile. I felt like I was staying at a good friends home. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The location was close……

“Riad Kaiss not only defines the excellence in boutique hotel, but also makes us to respect the Moroccan's authentic hospitality, thanks to the warmth from all details in services, and the friendliness at each encounter with hotel staff. For all the Riad Kaiss staff who had helped us in any occasion, and who had put his/her efforts to maintain this 5 starts boutique Riad together, they are the symbol of Moroccan pride and hospitality. Thank you Riad Kaiss and Staff Team, you made us to fall……

“The staff were great. They accommodated our early arrival and early departure. They prepared breakfast despite us having to leave very early. They also escorted us out to our taxi given the early hour.”

“Excellent hotel with amazing and helpful staff.”

“I’d like to recommend Riad Samsli Hotel Marrakesh because we had such an amazing experience during our stay in the hotel. Staff were so attentive and polite, especially we were so lucky to meet Sofyian, such a wonderful person, as soon as we checked in the hotel, he gave us every assistance we needed. We’ll definitely choose this hotel when we revisit Marrakesh. Thank you for everything Sofyian, all the best!”

“O Riad Maison Arabo-Andalous, além de muito bem localizado, é um lugar maravilhoso. Daqueles que dá pena ter que partir. Com arquitetura típica com pátio interno e balcões, decoração charmosa e quarto amplo e confortável, café da manhã delicioso e o serviço atencioso de Hassan e sua equipe, sempre muito prestativos e com um sorriso no rosto, eu não poderia ter tido uma estadia melhor.”

“Great staff and great location!!! Quiet but close to the action. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very easy to book tours in and around Marrakech”

“The Riad is very pretty. Both the public areas and the room, although the room was a little dark. Of the staff, SOUKI was excellent. She was extremely helpful and explained everything we needed to know and even helped us negotiate the price of our laundry service so it wouldn’t be too expensive. The restaurant was just ok and we wish the Riad was a little closer to the market and other attractions of Merakesh.”

“Lovely hotel, rooms very comfortable and lovely roof terrace which is an ideal place to relax after a day's sightseeing. The staff were all fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble really made our stay special”

“Great accommodation staff very helpful”

“Staff were kind and helpful, the spa was amazing, but my bed was two pushed together, of different heights, and both mattresses were quite hard, and the AC did not get cold no matter how low I put it. Minor issues, and overall I would definitely return.”

“Difficile de choisir ce que nous avons préféré, le séjour en entier était parfait en tout point. Nos repas au restaurant La Sultana auront été de loin nos favoris.”

“Un endroit magnifique et très apaisant”

“Really good stay at Riad Alegria. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, with a well-kept bathroom. Sitting on the roof top terrace and enjoying the sun was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of fresh fruit, jams, pancakes, local breads and freshly squeezed juice. Plenty to set you up for the day without leaving you feeling too full or stodgy. The team were very friendly and attentive, and always on hand if you needed any help, advice or recommendations. “Right in the Kasbah on a very quiet alley, right next to the textile museum. Walking distance to Jemaa El Fna. Beautiful decor. Very friendly service. Spacious room with Moroccan ornaments. Very good breakfast. ”

“I had a great stay at Médina Charme Riad and Spa and would recommend it. The staff was excellent and they very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay, especially Youssef. Breakfast is served daily and includes traditional Moroccan food, fruit, and tea. They helped coordinate several experiences for me, including a cooking class with the riad’s chef, a guided tour of Marrakech, and a private day trip to Essaouira. Everything was well organized, and I felt comfortable with all the guides and……
