"When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. "Manche Ecken des Hotels und der Umgebung ähneln einem "Lost Place". Es wird viel getan, allerdings könnten Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Dreck in den Fluren, zeitnah beseitigt werden. Die Rezeption ist aktuell nur 8 Stunden besetzt, es ist aber eine Notfallnummer angegeben. Beim Frühstück war zumindest am ersten Tag viel Luft nach oben. "Behzat and his staff make you feel home from the first second you’re there. He runs an amazing team. The food is outstanding and we received a room upgrade without having to ask for anything. Behzat recommended a Mosel wine stand a couple of blocks from the hotel and we had a great time sitting in the sun with a bottle of wine at an affordable price. Thanks guys, great job and we’ll be back for a longer stay!"
