"The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. "Cute and simple bed and breakfast. To improve:
- Mattress quality was really mediocre, way too soft, same with the pillows. Difficult to sleep well after a day of skiing.
- The younger woman at the reception desk was unfriendly and made it difficult to use the steam bath saying it was full when it wasn't. "

"Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. Beautiful, remote location and an amazing staff that treated every guest personally. We were able to place specific breakfast order the night before and specify the time we would eat. The food in the restaurant for dinner was also amazing with both presentation and taste. It is not very close to the village but we loved this aspect of the stay. "

"My recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of breathtaking natural surroundings, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities created a memorable experience that exceeded all my expectations. Not sure about the rating of this hotel it sure did feel 5star in my loft suite. The hotel provided a full board and the Breakfast was okay however the dinners were exceptional all 5 courses. I also thought getting to the location will be difficult to my surprise complex given it was my 1st trip since I travelled from Zurich - a train and two busses however was seamless and on time. Stayed for 4 nights amenities were also of the highest stand well positioned health spa with all that one will need. However will recommend extended spa hours and including more vegetarian options on the menu"
