「A very pleasant stay in a very nice village that we used as our base for a trip to Zermatt (driving to Täsch in the morning). The hotel itself is lovely, but the service didn’t feel particularly personalised or attentive. We even had to ask three times for our cable car passes. First, they had the wrong email address despite us providing it at check-in; then, even after correcting it, nothing came through. We ultimately had to insist on having the passes printed so we could actually use...
