“Communication with the host was poor. Three days before we were to check in, the host sent a message on what our ETA would be. I replied back and asked if we could check in any earlier. The morning of check in the host had still not responded nor did they send me any check in instructions. Because we had not heard back from the host, I made reservations at a hotel. After the reservation was made, the host contacted me and said I couldn't check in early (which was fine) and said they didn't……

“Received an email a few hours before check in that this was not actually available due to some kind of technical difficulty with the booking process. Did not receive a response about a refund for days. Spent over an hour on the phone with Expedia in between. ”

“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“Realmente ha sido uno de los mejores Hoteles donde me he hospedado, primero que al ser PLATINUM en Expedia pues me hicieron el upgrade de habitación y me dieron una frente a la piscina la cual estaba bellisima y super amplia, todo el entorno del hotel es hermoso, desde la recepción hasta el restaurant para el desayuno, algo importante es lo amplio que es, dentro tiene uno de los mejores restaurant de Puerto Rico, Realmente es de Gala, ademas Bar frente a la piscina. Lo recomiendo al 100%”

“We stayed here for 8 nights during our visit to Luquillo. We loved the location as it’s a short walk to the beach. Wonderful coffee shop across the street. Great restaurants within walking distance. Prompt response for any requests made. It does get a little loud at night, however, provided ear plugs did the trick. Also, bed was very comfortable. We hope to return. Thank you for a memorable vacation. ”
