「Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows.」

「Property was good in that budget but there were bathroom problems water of camod/laterine use to flow out of the sink flew right under our feet & clogged there infront of basin where we were standing & brushing our teeth. During our sleep drops of freezing water flew right beside the bed from the ceiling where it leaked on us. The temperature upon arriving in our room was too hot , upon concerning the condition to manager all he did was opened the window as the ac was set to winter cooling...

「This is a wonderful property with great pool, beach and restaurants. The staff was great. But it is located immediately adjacent to a restaurant/nightclub with ungodly loud, obnoxious music blaring until midnight. It was so bad that even though we had paid for 7 nights we considered moving to a different hotel. For this reason I cannot recommend 」

「By far the worst hotel I have ever been to, to start with the staff that attended us upon arrival made fun of us but that could be because they were in an alcoholic state and under some kind of illegal substance, you could see it in their eyes, the rooms were dirty upon our arrival and they do not have a key so they open it for you every time you arrive at the hotel, we were there for 5 nights 6 days and none of them cleaned the room, they only gave us one roll of toilet paper and when we asked...

Extrem laute Musik am Pool über Tag, abends beim Essen hingegen tolle Livemusik, Service im Essensbereichen ganz ganz miserabel, sprechen kaum Englisch, laufen weg, wenn man sie auf Englisch anspricht. Man muss quasi darum betteln, bedient zu werden. Verschmutzter Strand. Keinerlei Auflage für die Poolliegen. Kaum vegetarisches...
