「We had a wonderful time - Utopia is a treasure for those who want a quiet getaway.」

「Communication was great we had concerns about the river flooding. Our host was quick to communicate and advise us everything was safe to travel. Upon arrival the cabin first smelt so clean, second appeared clean as well. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. Bed was super comfy and the AC couldn’t have been more perfect. Was so frikin cold. Loved it. Went for a run Saturday morning during our stay the views were great. Highly recommend Happy Hollow, and Taqueria San Juan and Frio Coffee. We...

「It was the perfect spot to stay for us! Our kids and grands were across the street so we had a nice, cool, very clean place to stay at night when we needed some quiet time 」

「The Utopia River Retreat was just what we needed after 3 nights camping out in Big Bend. The cabin we stayed in (Kickapoo) was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed (cooking utensils, bath towels, linens). The grounds were peaceful and scenic and had a nice swimming pool and volleyball net as well as riverfront access. 「The place was clean and cozy, liked that it was very quiet. Me and the family had a great time.」

「Everything was good!」

「Great cabin, close to everything we wanted to do. We hung out around the fire pit and looked at the stars. Our host gave suggestions for places to go, and they were perfect for us and the dog. Took home fresh eggs from the chicken coop on the property. It was a wonderful stay, And absolutely would stay there again.」

「So peaceful. We didn't get to see the double meteor showing but the stay was so relaxing.」

「Great intimate clean cabin. Close to Garner State Park.」

「Nice place.」

「We only went for one night and my kids loved it. The only thing I would recommend is to replace the rugs. Also they need new grills but we made it happen. The pool was really nice and customer service with Nancy was great. We will definitely go back.」

「Perfect location with great amenities! The cabin was so spacious and easily accommodated 6 guests (although we were only one couple). The general store onsite made our trip so easy, and we really enjoyed the free range chickens! We would absolutely recommend this location for your stay at the Frio in Concan!」
