“Filthy, dilapidated, moldy—-do not stay there!”

“Well for one thing it’s not on the lake like the picture. I thought we could fish the way it’s seen in the pictures. Staff were so kind. Room was clean bathroom very small. And we had an ant problem. But very quiet and sleep very well.”

“Me and my two brothers enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone but probably not more than three people. It is tiny but in a great location and the people who are taking care of it are excellent.”

“Cabin was very clean inside , outside not so much, lot of limbs and leaves on back porch and outside of back sliding door was loaded with spiders and webs.. shower did not work even when I adjusted the switch by the washing machine .. ”

“The house could have been cleaner plus the second story ac blower wasn’t blowing air which made you too cold at the bottom to make upstairs people comfortable. The pier fishing lights went out the first night so we couldn’t fish at night which was disappointing. My daughter wiped the table with a paper towel and it showed a lot of dirt. To tell you the truth I’ve stayed in better places but Kenneth was easy to talk to”

“The property was very spacious and well suited for what we needed. The pool table and ping pong table were great additions. We also made use of the fire pit. Having bathrooms for each bedroom was very convenient. The host communicated quickly and thoroughly prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend BooneDocks!”
