Estadia encosta Douro Valley

Somos 2 casais amigos na faixa dos 70 anos.. Adoramos a casa e a localização.. A proprietária forneceu todas as informações necessárias e solicitadas.. Limpeza nota 10. Localização nota 10. Contudo, no geral dou nota 7 a’ casa, devido a 2 situações que precisariam de ser corrigidas, para atingir nota 10. Meu carro e’ um SUV e teve de ficar na rua, porque não conseguiu entrar no espaço da garagem, porque esse espaço tem um alpendre muito baixo com altura entre 1,60 e 1,70, onde um carro SUV não passa, resultando que tive de deixar meu carro na rua, uma rua rural muito estreita com muito movimento de carros..!! Reportei este assunto a’ proprietária..! Um outro constrangimento, é a escada interna em caracol na sala, de acesso à zona dos quartos no 1.o piso, que é uma escada muito apertada em caracol, e que certamente será um motivo de muita dificuldade para pessoas da terceira idade.. Fantastic Place

This place is an absolute gem, and our family of four (two adults and kids aged 6 and 8) loved it. The view is fantastic, and there are plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy it. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We arrived to a stocked fridge which was very appreciated. It was about 40 deg C during our visit and the pool was perfect for cooling off and entertaining the kids. The location was also great - quiet and relaxing but also walkable to town. The driveway is a climb, but was worth it in our opinion. Hope to come back again someday!

Small home, Nice views, clean and spacious

The property is a small home with all conveniences, including heat and a/c. It is well cared for and has a nice view of the river. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay at this house in the beautiful Douro Valley! The location was great - walking distance to the downtown area of Pinhao. We were able to walk to restaurants and some quintas! The house was great. It was stocked with complimentary snacks and wine. It had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The host is also very responsive. We hope to come back some day!

Gem in Duoro Valley

The property has a beautiful view of the river, mountains and the vineyards. It's been upgraded with a nice dipping pool (would have been lovely if it was heated :) The house is very well stocked and has all the amenities you need when staying in Pinhao. It's walking distance to the main town and shopping. The owner genuinely cares for her guests and it shows all over the house. We enjoyed the complimentary Port and all the goodies in the fridge and outside were much appreciated by the entire group. The owner was very responsive to any questions or issues and addressed them promptly. The grill was a big plus as we got to enjoy some yummy b'que food. Will be back for a longer stay. Thank you for making the trip so memorable.
