"The place is absolutely FANTASTIC! It is beautiful, the bed is super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, loved the shower products too. My family celebrated Christmas here and the added touch of decorations made it feel so homey. The welcome basket is such a nice touch and we enjoyed the wine with Christmas dinner. The host is very responsive. For no fault to her, just due to winter weather, the power went out for a few hours. Right away she communicated with us about when it would be restored. Sometimes on vacation things happen and this is a host who is there for you. You gave our family precious memories!! Thank you so much! Plan to return the next time we come to CT!"

"We arrived late, and Dan turned on the lights and left the front door open for us. Then on our last evening there began a decadal snowfall; we called Dan and said we had to leave by 7 a.m. and could he please have the very long and uphill driveway plowed before then? Sure enough, he arrived with a crew at 6:30 and we left on time. Because the house was in perfect order, we had no need to contact him during our stay."

"We rented this house because we wanted a place to get our family all together and it turned out to be the perfect spot. We made so many happy memories and had so much fun eating meals around the large table, playing games in the family room at night, relaxing on the beautiful deck, taking walks in the quiet, picturesque neighborhood, sleeping peacefully to the amazing sound of the waves outside our window. The open layout of the downstairs couldn't be better, and the view is breathtaking--the water is steps away. My husband and I got the primary bedroom cuz we paid, lol, and especially loved the view and en suite bathroom. The house was very clean and well stocked with supplies, and Joe was fantastic and responsive to all our questions and needs. Our grown kids loved the house and want to go back. We highly recommend it... thanks Joe!"
