"We had a wonderful stay from July 12–13. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive from check-in to check-out. The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage right in the heart of Newport Harbor and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, historic sites, and waterfront attractions. It made exploring Newport incredibly convenient, especially with our family. The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. We will definitely go back again."

"Steve the host was very responsive and very flexible to our fluid logistical needs. The house and property were clean and turn key. We particularly enjoyed the back patio and yard for relaxing morning coffee and light ocean breezes. Parking was ample, and the neighbors and neighborhood were fantastic. Easy to walk down to Tickets to watch World Cup, or to the beach to enjoy the Surf and Sand. Just far away enough from Newport to avoid the busy summer traffic, but close enough to walk if you wanted."

"Everything about this home was fantastic! Julie goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a perfect vacation. We so enjoyed the views of the ocean from the deck - the perfect spot for morning coffee and dinner and cocktails at sunset. Keeping the blinds open at night so you can see the flag waving above 1st beach was a beautiful sight. We also loved the outdoor shower after a day at Second beach and a short walk to Clemmie’s for delicious ice cream! The home was super clean and comfortable! Thanks for a truly great stay!"

"We loved Joan's cottage. It was clean, well-equipped, and close to Newport and Middletown beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. We appreciated the Keurig with coffee pods, and bottles of water in the fridge. Bed was comfortable, towels were fluffy, and shower had good water pressure. Joan showed us the space, explained everything we needed to know, and was a great host in general. There is even a resident cat, Marty, greeted us and made us feel welcome! We'd be happy to stay there again if in the area."
