Property was beautiful, large family we utilized all sleeping areas and had a wonderful stay. We arrived fairly early hoping to utilize the beach before entering seeing as we missed any traffic and the owner was very friendly and accommodating for us. Would definitely recommend for large groups looking for a relaxing stay.

Great location and the accommodations were perfect for the extended family. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked! Great location. Perfect for a family girls weekend. We had a blast. Walking on the beach was the highlight. The Camp Ellis general store was perfect for morning coffee and provided delicious lobsters for dinner one night. The owners were so friendly. Also the large dinning table was key for us.

Peekytoe Cottage was perfect for our group. Enough bedrooms, bathrooms and comfortable seating inside & out. The kitchen had all we needed and the views were amazing. We got some beautiful pics.

Wonderful stay!

We always enjoy our time here. The house and cottage provide plenty of comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. The view and sound of the waves is amazing and it is wonderful to sit around the fire pit in the evening.

Amazing Location and An Overall Nice Place

We stayed here with 10 children and 8 adults and never felt cramped. The yard and the proximity to the beach are what made our stay. Plenty of room for the kids to play and it was about 40-50 feet to get to get to the ocean.

Perfect for a family reunion!

Peekytoe Cottage was absolutely perfect for our Thanksgiving family reunion! The location is to die for, the carriage house was ideal for the teenage cousins to have their own space, and the kitchen was the best-appointed one I’ve ever seen in a rental. Also appreciated was the first floor bedrooms for folks who needed to avoid stairs. We had a wonderful time!

This is a great house(s) and location. There were 10 of us from 2 families and it is spacious and comfortable. Nicholas responded immediately to any questions we had. We stayed for a long weekend and we hope to come back again
