Everything you need is within walking distance, but if you want to venture further, the light rail is a great option. The nearest stop is at 23rd St & R, taking you to downtown Sacramento and nearby neighborhoods. For a quick and affordable ride, Uber or Lyft can easily get you anywhere downtown in just a few minutes.

➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy (2 guests) is not permitted.
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ No pets are allowed.

➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival

➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

➤ No parties or events allowed

➤ No Pets allowed

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information. For security and registration purposes, all guests staying at the property must provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.

➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card two days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out

➤ If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

➤ We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy

➤ Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 28 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit

➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

➤ Remember to take all your belongings when checking out. Left something? There`s a $50 Mailing Fee (not including postage). We aim to return items within 7-10 business days, but please bear with us during busy times. Thanks for understanding!

➤ For security reasons, NO food or package deliveries inside our gated complexes or internal buildings. Please meet them outside the buildings or gates.

➤ Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

➤ If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs

➤ If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation. Thank you for understanding
