Perfect Midtown Location

We were looking for a spot in Midtown close to our daughter and local attractions and were glad we stayed here. The property was exactly as listed and provided a clean, comfortable space for my wife and I. I would rate communication with the property manager at 6 stars if I could, Tim was exceptional with communication from the moment I booked through checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

A charming place to stay

This was a charming and comfortable place to stay. Lots of interesting details in the decor. Very clean, It is very close to the Capitol Mansions in Midtown Sacramento. A nice walkable neighborhood. There are many great places to eat and hang out within a mile or less. I would happily stay here again if I were in town!

I enjoyed my stay here, having a designated parking spot was super helpful. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. AC units in the apartment were very appreciated! Beds were comfortable.

Charming Historic 2 Bed unit

This property was perfectly situated in midtown. You can walk around to different coffee shops and restaurants. There is so much character to this place. The bed was super comfortable and the place was overall pretty clean. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future!

Spotless property in a great neighborhood

This upstairs unit is a spotless, snug apartment in a central location to all Sacramento has to offer. Cautions - This is a building from the 1890s. The off street parking is a plus, but be warned, it is as narrow as advertised. The interior stairs are steep and a bit irregular. We didn't have a problem, but thought they were worth mentioning. There aren't any extra blankets and no heat in the front bedroom unless you leave the door open to the living room. The back bedroom (converted porch) has a small space heater but it is too noisy to run all night. The bathroom has no place to set toiletry bags - and the top of the toilet is even curved! If you have a hanging bag, bring it. Finally, the shower curtain around the claw foot tub is too long, so use caution getting in and out. My 84 year old aunt didn't even try to use it. There is no other shower in the unit.

Sisters reunion

Perfect place for us! I have two daughters, one of them lives 5 minutes away from this property, so for me, this was super convenient. We also love the location for the same reasons my daughter lives there. Walking distance to many amazing restaurants....and the over the top farmers market on Saturday. We each had a comfy queen bed, separated by the living space, which gave us each ultimate privacy. The claw foot tub was so amazing that we had to go out and buy bath salts. Will will definitely stay longer next time. So many killer restaurants, so little time :-) Love it

Clean, safe, and centrally located

We really enjoyed our stay. The apt was clean and accommodating, and the location was incredible. We were able to walk to dinner and there were plenty of grocery stores in the area. If we ever have the need, we'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot

My partner and I stayed here for about a week. It's a beautiful location in midtown Sacramento. There's a coffee shop and two corner stores very close by. We had some difficulty communicating with the people that manage this property, but it seems to have been due to a software issue on the VRBO side of things. Once we called VRBO and had them connect us with the property owner, everything went great. Would definitely stay there again.

This apartment is in a perfect location (safe and quiet) that allowed easy access to my business appointments and many excellent bars and restaurants. The apartment has a lot of space, nicely furnished, super clean and has many amenities. It comes with a designated parking space - although there were also many spots available on the street. The property owners were very attentive and easy to communicate with from booking to leaving. They even checked in with me after I arrived to ensure everything was as it should be. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely rent it again.
