NEW Stylish 5-Bed, 3-Bath Home Near Downtown with EV Charger

Your West Sacramento getaway starts here! This modern 5-bedroom, 3-bath home is perfect for families, groups, or business travelers—featuring 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 full bed (located downstairs) to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests.

Enjoy a spacious backyard with a private putting green, BBQ grill, and cozy café lights—ideal for evening hangouts under the stars. The home is fully stocked with everyday essentials and includes an EV charger for added convenience.

In an effort to keep our property in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the description of each rule as well.

**No Smoking**
Smoking is strictly prohibited on all property. A $2,500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking.

**No Parties or Events**
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized events will lead to immediate removal and additional charges.


**Guest Limit**
Should the number of guests exceed the number booked, an additional guest will be charged a $150 per night fee per person, with no exceptions.

** Long-term stay**
A refundable deposit may be required.
Reservations of 14 days or longer necessitate cleaning on the 14th day of stay. We require full access to the property for a cleaning session of four hours. Each cleaning is charged at a rate of $350.

**No pet policy**
No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets.
**Noise & Smoke Monitoring**
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

**We encourage all guests to consider purchasing the optional Property Damage Protection. This insurance helps cover accidental damage and protect both parties.
