Let's start with the check-in: the frontdesk guy parked his car in front even if it's a one way and there is not enough space, went in to check-in, he wasn't the most helpful, ID, credit card for incidentals and that's it, he didn't say anything about breakfast, he didn't even gave me a parking permit. Asked him nicely for a crib, he said that they don't have that. Never heared a quality inn to have no cribs. Whatever, went to the room, there was hair in the bathtub, my white socks got black on that dirty floor, all furniture wasn't wiped down properly, there was residue of food everywhere. Very noisy, so if you're a litle sleeper, don't go there, under the door there was a space of I can say 3 fingers, so you can here everything, even if somebody farts, all night long you can hear doors closing super hard and I'm not a picky person, but for 120$ a night in Sac in a ghetto area you would expect the hotel to be better. When it comes to TV, yea it is Smart, but walls being that thin that somebody can control your TV from the next room sucks. It's pretty hard to watch something on Netflix when you have somebody stopping your TV every 2 minutes. Breakfast, very disappointing for a Quality Inn that should be mid for Choice Hotels. All they have for breakfast is waffles and cereal with milk, no protein at all, no meat at all, basically a vegan breakfast but still with no protein and vitamin. I highly not recommend this hotel, by far the worst I've stayed at. Area full w homeless.
