The host was extremely communicative. The location was very central to many things. The place itself was clean (smelled amazing), nicely decorated and cozy. I slept like a rock the two nights I stayed. I will definitely be staying here again.

Extremely clean and well stocked. Be aware there are many stairs, even to the bottom floor unit. Quiet neighborhood and great location with a Target and other stores a few miles away.

Quick get away

Location was perfect to get around town. The house was very cute and cozy. We loved the decorations! The host stayed in contact with us every step of the way. Very easy process to book, stay and leave. We walked the neighborhood and really loved the older homes and beautiful history it had. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area. Plus parking was not an issue at all.

What a lovely apartment! Spacious, clean, bright and big! The communication was better than any VRBO I have ever experienced, from checking in on us, to suggesting great places to eat, also very quick responses. The check in process was easy. Comfy beds and pillows as well, which is a big one for me. Great convenient location!

Nice weekend in Sac

Four days in Sacramento for an event in the downtown area. This apartment was close by, clean, and spacious and worked well for our family. I enjoyed relaxing and doing my hobbies in the kitchen area while they were out. Had everything we needed. No complaints.

Great property

This is a beautiful condo and a good location. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to downtown but without the noise. The property was exactly as described. Super clean and well appointed with cookware, dishes, etc. Internet was strong. The host was extremely responsive and super helpful. Parking was on the street and good for a smalll car. Would be more difficult with a larger vehicle. We would stay here again.

A wonderful location

We visited sacremento specifically for the cancer hospital. This home was a 6min drive from the hospital which allowed us to save time on our commute. Since this was a last minute trip we arrived a lot earlier than expected. The owner was so kind to accommodate us checking in early to leave our things and go to hospital. The place is very clean and located on a beautiful street. I would come back as well as recommend this to anyone visiting! Thank you for your hospitality!

I would say overall the apartment was good and it was pretty much a nice area n location. However personally I had issues with the fact that the sheets didn't smell clean.There was hair on the bed and no it was not mine and the Snacks on the coffee table were expired. When I let the host know the only thing that was stated was "Rest assure the apartment was clean the Wednesday before you arrived" I arrived on Friday of that week. I wasn't given any accommodation only if there was anything I needed to let him know. I wasn't offered clean sheets or even get an apology for the mishaps. The fact that the Snacks were expired, smell n hair on the bed is what had me concern if in fact the apartment was inspected . Or it Could of honestly been that it wasn't rented in a bit so it seem clean🤔 hard telling not knowing. Otherwise we made it through the weekend.

The inside of the property was very warm and welcoming. It did unfortunately lacked and extra supplies for certain things like dish soap for doing dishes. But thankfully the place was about a 10-15 minute walk away from grocery shops or local restaurants as well as the Sacramento Convention center, cheaper than one of the close by hotels if you don't mind the walk. I highly recommend this location for those with a hidden gem of a location.
