We’ve stayed at Comfort Suites before, including this location and have always had a nice stay. Room are very clean and up to date. Staff was very friendly.

Comfy beds, clean and quiet. Only complaints shower head wouldn’t stay up so had to hold it up with my hand or kiss the wall!! Also heater sounded like a train so turned it off! Could use some maintenance!!

Bathroom was dirty & we cleaned ourselves before using. Front desk staff was helpful especially Marion, he was pleasant & tried to make our stay enjoyable despite the room conditions.

Upon arrival, they gave us keys to a room that had not been cleaned yet - we opened the door to see both beds unmade, tv still on, etc. The front desk was very nice and immediately gave us another room, however. The place is just overall very unkept up with, stains everywhere on walls and headboard, hairs in the shower, carpeting starting to unravel. Pillows on the beds were hilariously small and square-ish. The bed was pretty comfortable. Would not stay here again probably.

Asked for an extra night and receptionist said no saying they were booked and when I went into expedia there were several open beds. Overall poor quality, poor facilities, and awful service.

I booked months in advance and when we went to check in was told they overbooked and did not have a room for us!!! We drove 5 hours and I had reserved 2 queen suites. She just kept saying “I’m sorry we overbooked” . I had to explain we had no where to stay and she needed to figure it out. She ended up calling another hotel and got us 2 rooms but they were more expensive and the hotel was not nearly as nice. I will definitely not ever book for here again.

Hotel needs some attention. Just seems there was a bunch of random broken things. Roof attic hatch was open with ladder to it, seemed odd, air conditioning units are dirty, carpets starting to tear near tile transition. However with that all being said, the staff were Fantastic and the bed was comfy. Catisha was bubbly and helpful when checking in. Overall experience was good because of the staff.

Very good stay, just a little bit difficult to figure out their cleaning time frames, and who was in charge of room cleaning! However, the staff were all very friendly!

The place was clean and there was someone alway cleaning and vacuum the front entry. The room was clean. They were alway there to offer extra item for room. Every friendly staff. The pool was down for the weekend. There was lot of noise outside the hotel the second night.

We reserved the hotel through Expedia on the way to Saginaw. When we arrived, they said they were oversold, and had been for weeks. At this point, I know this is not their issue, but Expedia's ...HOWEVER, the staff was pretty rude at the time of us trying to check in. I also get that, it was late and they'd been turning folks away all night. The true frustration is that this hotel is now saying we were a no show. Not true. Eventually it did get worked out, but with much more time and energy than it should have taken. I didn't stay there, don't take my money.

Front desk staff was really polight and helpfull. But for some reason when we packed to leave one pair of my wifes boots were gone and a brand new Harley davidson shirt were missing we didnt notice them untill we got home when we inpacked

The decor is tired and in need of remodeling. An employee outside our room was shoveling ice into a bucket for 10 minutes at 6:15 am and would apologize for waking us up… “nothing I I can do,” well there’s something I can do: be sure we never set foot in this place again.

I am very sorry you had to deal with this issue. I will be speaking with the hotel next to us about sending over employees to fill there ice bucket up at early. This is unexpectable.

The air conditioning in our room did not work properly. Fan would cut off and room would get too warm. We tried adjusting the temp lower and lower. We were only there one night so we just coped with it.

Even though the room was supposed to be non smoking, our room smelled like stale cigarettes and other unpleasant odours. When we asked if we could change rooms, we were informed they were fully booked. They did bring us a room freshener. Then our room smelled like room freshener…and stale cigarettes.
