“The hotel is next to Kellogg Lake, just a beautiful place for reflection, walking or fishing.”

“For starters, I would say this location is convenient for driving across the country. That being said, it's loud and busy because it is literally at a travel center with semi's coming through at all hours. Upon checking in, I let the front desk person know I am staying with a dog and a cat to which her response was rather odd, acting as though it's a miracle a dog and cat can live together and actually like each other. I'm assuming because of the dog, we were put in a room in a first floor……

“HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE customer service! When we arrived, the desk clerk was talking on her cell phone. She saw us and did not end her call or acknowledge us for approximately 15 minutes. We requested a handicap accessible room; however, we were assigned a 2nd floor room and there are NO elevators. We asked for any room available on the 1st floor...because I would not be able to carry my husband up and down the stairs! They claimed not to have any available and refused a refund. We booked……

“The checkin procedure is a bit awkward. Website says after 3pm, office door says they are there 10am-4pm, but not a person onsite. You text them when you arrive, waited about 30 minutes before getting response with door code. But it was a unique cool place. Very clean, great bed, shower and wifi. Lots of road noise but was ok for the one night we were there. Glad we tried it.”

“The staff at the hotel were very helpful. We got in late in the evening and they helped us park our truck and trailer. The room was the cleanest room we’d ever seen. And it was so comfortable. And it was so quiet. We highly recommend.”

“King was not a true king, more of a queen size. Bed was so close to wall that we hit the metal frame every time tried to get in bed. Towels were threadbare. Room smelled of mold & stale smoke. Freezer did not work.”

“My purse was stolen just prior to my arrival at the property; even though I had pre-paid on-line, the check in clerk would not allow me to stay without a driver's license. I had to sleep in the parking lot and still was charged almost $300 for the stay; which I am objecting to on my credit card.”

“the outside door to the hall was NEVER locked. There were ZERO, no, 0 plugs in the room; the room needs to be updated. There were 3 of us and we had to unplug the coffee pot to plug in a phone charger and only 1 of us could charge something at a time. The mattress was EXCELLENT and the room was clean, the shower was good.”

“Breakfast was well diverse. Hot food, breakfast sandwich, bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal and dry cereal. All tasted delicious. The air conditioning is run from the wall across the room from the air conditioner, just like at home. well done and cool Cannot say enough about the staff: helpful, kind, friendly. everything was well run and smooth. ”
