"The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. "Rooms are clean and there is connected waywalks to the car park (although it's only accessible from 10am-8pm as it's through a mall). It's fairly accessible to all the touristy locations in Nagasaki. Staff are helpful. Perhaps it's because of the room type, the 2 rooms I've booked are in separate levels making it a hassle when I had to move between rooms. "
