“Reposant. Très bel environnement, personnel agréable. C’est un 4 étoiles à l’esprit familial sans côté guindé ni oppressant. On s’y sent très bien.
La chambre méritait un rafraîchissement mais rien de rébarbatif. C’est propre et confortable.

“Very comfortable room (the ones with a balcony in the range 31-36 ish). Warm (it was end Nov), attractive, carpeted (always a bonus), beautiful sunrise view. We’ve tried all room types over 20 years at Val Moret but this is our favourite so far (already booked for next 3 visits).
Reception lady was very helpful and attentive. This is a really good travelling stopover choice.
The restaurant is consistently very good. Menu choices are seasonally varied and of a high standard. Presentation is……

“We have 2 wonderful days in Troyes.
- The house: a new construction woods, very beautiful floor height.
- The breakfast: home made confiture, “citron vert & tomate vert “ is my favorite one.
- The beds: very confortable and super clean.
- The spa and sauna: it is the perfect choice after a long day of the shopping.
