"Room was very cute, did not look like it belonged where it’s located! It did take a very long time for it to warm up and we had to use the stove to get warm but it was cute. The bed sits very low to the floor but it wasn’t bad…gives bachelor pad vibes. Staff was very friendly, the market next door was very convenient! "

"room was clean. Staff was very accommodating but the hotels old and they still need to do quite a bit of updating. I was there for a week change rooms four times toilet not attached. TV is not working. No hot water a couple days but again staff was really nice and I do believe they’re trying to make it better and what I paid in comparison to two minutes away in the heart of downtown it was a fair deal"

"No water, no toothbrush, no slippers. NO Nothing!!!! We were surprised that this is a 4 star hotel! You have to pay for parking No free internet!! Not worth the money We weren’t happy with the overall experience at all."

"Tour stay was uneventful. The front staff was very helpful upon check in. The bar maid at the top floor restaurant was amazing!! We had a great stay."

"Nice but cleaning staff is limited. I believe there were only 2 cleaners for the entire building so they’re moving pretty quickly. There was a dried up piece of lettuce on the faucet in the kitchenette. The floors were not clean. The dishwasher panel kept falling off every time it was opened. The latch on the door seemed to be tampered with or as if someone forced the door open and the latch bent. Basically the door could still fully open with the latch was flipped."
