「This is a super ground floor apartment with stunning 180 degrees views out to sea. Well equipped and comfortable. Quiet peaceful location. South facing, sunny balcony area a delight. A perfect holiday base whatever the weather. Easy to use car parking space is a bonus in St Mawes. Long flight of steps up to front door not ideal for everyone but fine for us. Close to shops and hotels although hill up and down is steep.」

「The Ope is in a brilliant location right in the centre of St Agnes, with everything you could need just a few steps away - the superb bakery is a particular highlight! The annex studio was a real asset for our teenagers. The property layout is quirky, and as the listing says it definitely wouldn’t work for those with mobility issues, but we enjoyed it.
