"The house is very dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the rubbish bins outside were overflowing. The listing states a hot tub and the photos show that that’s what drew us to book but upon arrival there wasn’t one ! The staff on the phone were rude when they called to complain about our parking, we wasn’t even in at the time. They didn’t even ask if everything was ok with the stay. Would I recommend it no !"

"Had a great stay at the Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday fantastic location over looking the Mersey and the liver buildings, staff were friendly , room was clean a few stain marks on the carpet but overall everything was clean, bathroom in our room was tiny but for a 1 night stay it was fine. The big let down was the lifts only 1 out of 3 lift were working and as we were on the 10th floor was a bit of a pain when busy . Fantastic VU bar on level 2 with fabulous views especially at night when everything is lit up definitely book again 👍"

"Rooms a bit dated, but overall ok. Breakfast was good, Bar ok, prices reasonable for hotel. Staff very friendly. Was there for 5 nights, and rooms not serviced, had to ask for towel changes, toilet rolls, and milk for tea / coffee, only 6 sachets left in room. Hotel a 15 min walk along the flat promenade to pier and town area."
