「The property is being renovated, and so the pool was not functional, but I knew this ahead of time, and the staff member told me that I could cancel and get a full refund. I chose to stay here anyway and it was a treasure! The property is dated (only one three prong plug in the whole suite for my laptop) but the staff were super, and the room was extremely spacious.
