“Don't be fooled by the advert. It's not what it seemed. We visited late December, 4 adults and 2 small kids. We had great expectations; large villa, hot tub for the grandchildren to play in. Unfortunately the tub didn't work and looked aged, had a very sharp tap pointing into the tub, the deck became very slippery when it rained and there was no protection on the back of the deck to prevent accidental falls, especially by the kids playing. “Our host, Nina was outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, proactive and accommodating. She, along with her team Carnina, Vanal and Devon met us when we arrived. Nina had prearranged our taxi to and from the ferry for check in and check out. She had food delivered to the villa for our arrival. She is so well connected on the island that she was constantly parting seas to accommodate requests. Her team was equally amazing and always ensured our villa was well kept and clean. The villa……

“Great house with three air-conditioned bedrooms with attached full baths. We loved cooking breakfast in the big kitchen and taking it out with our coffee to the outdoor dining table on the porch overlooking the water as there was always a cool breeze in the morning. Sitting by the pool with a drink in hand and watching the sunset was also a highlight. It is a three minute walk down to the beach and a six minute walk to the sandbar which has chairs to rent for 10. The owners are very responsive……

“This is difficult to write. We stayed at Gingerlilly for a month. We have been gone for almost a week and I miss it every day. House is amazing, Pearl and Johnathan were wonderful. Bequia was all you can ask for, the people ( who we made life long friends), the food the beauty. Gingerlilly was the perfect location to enjoy the absolutely beautiful view, take deep breaths and be thankful for everything Bequia has to offer.I could go on and on but I'll always have the best memories ever and……
