Gutes Hotel mit Top Stadtlage

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut gelegen. Hat alles gut geklappt, bis auf die Codes für das Schließfach der Schlüssel. Diese hatten wir leider vorab nicht erhalten. Wir sind Sonntags angereist und CheckIn war ab 14:30. Die Rezeption hat aber Sonntags nur bis 12:30 offen. Somit hätte auch ein Anreise um 14:30 nichts gebracht, da ja keiner da war um die Codes zu erhalten. Wir riefen dann die Notrufnummer an und die wirklich sehr nette Frau, half uns sehr gut weiter und gab uns die Codes.

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir sind außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten angekommen und haben uns sofort zu Recht gefunden um die Schlüssel zu bekommen. Der Concierge am Morgen war sehr freundlich.

Appart hotel facile a trouver ... peu de places de parking . L'endroit ne fait pas rêver...établissement vieillissant et appartement un peu délabré mais ceci dit les draps et serviettes etaient propres ! Réservé pour 4 personnes ...2 adultes et 2 enfants mais il ny avait qu'un lit double et un lit simple . J'ai du faire dormir un enfant sur la banquette dure et pas tres propre dans un sac de couchage qu'on avait dans notre voiture. L’immeuble est bruyant..les portes grinces de partout . Pour une nuit ça passe !

Die Unterkunft war sauber, auch wenn einige Haare auf dem Bett lagen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Schimmel an den Decken und alles wirkte etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Keine schöne Umgebung.

Un chambre de remplacement avec des surprises

j'ai l'habitude de venir régulièrement dans cet hôtel tôt et je préviens de cela . mais cette fois, j'ai oublié de prévenir que j'arrivais à 12H30 pour laisser mes bagages; Alors à mon arrivée j'ai téléphoné car la porte a fermée et l' on m'a changer de chambre au dernier moment ( en me précisant que j'allais être sur-classé dont c'était plusieurs tôt positifs ). Comme j'étais venu pour une conférence , je suis arrivé et j'ai déposé mes affaires pour repartir à ma conférence de .je suis revenue dans la chambre à 20Heures très fatigué et j'ai mangé , puis j'ai essayé de regarder la télévision. Première surprise la télévision marchait mal et certaines chaines étaient inaccessibles . Après un temps , j'ai été dormir : mais 2e surprise j'ai commencé à voir un cheveu dans le lit ( qui n'était pas de moi), surprise j'ai vérifié le drap du matelas , il avait une drôle de couleur sur le matelas. Alors , j'ai enlevé le drap du matelas et j'ai constaté qu'il y avait des grosses taches sur le matelas (comme il était tard et que le service était fermé ) , j'ai retourné le matelas et il y avait des taches plus petites ; J'ai pris la deuxième couverture du dessus du lit pour recouvrir le matelas et j'ai refait le lit . Pour résumer j'ai dû aussi nettoyer la baignoire qui avait aussi un long cheveu noir dedans; Le lendemain matin , à la remise de la chambre , je me suis plaint et l'on m'a fait une remise sur le prix étant donné les inconvénients de mon séjour.

Très bien mais trop bruyant

Accueil souriant et agréable. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Bien équipé. Bien situé pour une halte car proche de l'autoroute Bémol le parking qui n'en n'est pas un car c'est dans la rue et surtout le bruit jusqu'à plus de minuit et demi! Cris, appels d'enfants qui hurlent des Papaaaaaaa!Mamaaaaan! Chaises que l'on traine à un moment j'ai même pensé qu'ils demontaient ou remontaient la cuisine équipée !! Dommage car l'endroit est sympathique et propre
