「Although the hotel locates at the other side of the river (city centre), it only took 15 mins walk through the bridges to the city centre. It is still very convenient and I can enjoy a quiet stay. Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. 「住在Tours主要是參加當地城堡參觀團. 此家飯店離火車站步行約10分鐘. 初到時花了一點時間找路, 加上行李, 大約花了30分才找到.因為住一樓, 沒特別注意有沒有電梯. 房間算大. 裝潢得不錯. 浴,廁分別在進門的左,右. 廁所很小, 站起來時不注意有可能撞到頭.不過環境都算乾淨. 沒有冷氣. 提供電扇. 住時為6月25,26, 本人可以接受沒有冷氣, 不過家人覺得有點悶熱.早餐收8歐. 有水煮蛋,火腿,可頌,法國麵包. 都算可口.收費算合理.要煮熱水要向櫃枱借煮水壼.飯店附近沒有超市之類的地方可以買水.要稍微走一下約5-10分鐘的小型社區商店才有.」

「雖然離車站很近，但在巷子裡，鬧中取靜，房間乾淨，很理想的住宿地點，飯店旁就有一家整潔明亮的超市，服務人員也都親切回應所有的問題，早餐種類雖少，但質量不錯。只是房內能有小冰箱就更好了。」
