We were welcomed to the hotel by a super friendly host. She told us about the hotel and the local area and showed us to the room. The room was great for 4 - double bed, single and a single sofa bed. It was clean, comfortable, good shower - everything you need. The parking was great as we travelled by car. The hotel is on a brilliant location for exploring Tours. It’s a short walk in over the bridge to restaurants and sights. An excellent hotel. Really pleased we picked it.

The hotel is good overall. But I had a bumpy check-in on the first day. When I arrived around 9:20pm, the hotel front door was locked and dark inside. I knocked on the door and there was no answer. And it's on a very small and quiet street. I waited and waited, until a local lady passed by - from whom I asked for help, Luckily she found the number to call and helped me connect to the reception, and I was able to check in. I wish there were better solutions available for late arrivals.

The hotel and our room were very clean, as were the towels and bedding. The bathroom was excellent, all very modern, with a large shower. The staff were excellent, and gave us good tips on restaurants, and places to visit. The breakfast again was good with a good variety of meats, cheeses and cereals, yogurt and fruit and cakes. Parking was free and safe with the gates closed at night. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Gordon and Elaine.
