Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. Avec mes 4petits enfants nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au calme, avons bien profité de la piscine, des légumes du jardin. Belle villa, grande, tout confort, bien équipée. Wir haben wunderschöne 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Sogar ein Gemüsegarten, wo wir uns bedienen konnten.Auch ein Hühnerstall war vorhanden und es gab immer frische Eier.Nicola war ein toller Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr günstig gelegen, um mal in den Bergen wandern zu gehen oder auch mal ans Meer zu fahren. Das Haus bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Nicolas, der Vermieter, hat uns sehr nett empfangen und wäre stets erreichbar gewesen. Elle est très bien située pour faire des randonnées en montagne ou pour aller à la mer. La maison offre tout ce que l'on peut désirer. Spéciale dédicace à Nicolas pour avoir tout fait pour que notre semaine de vacances se passe au top! Un accueil exceptionnel tout en sourire, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se rafraîchir 😉 de l’eau fraîche, du rosé excellent ( en plus c’est sa femme qui le produit !) et la piscine!. Profitez de votre séjour pour prendre rdv pour la visite du vignoble et partager une belle dégustation accompagnée d’un bon plateau de charcuteries et de fromages. La piscine ( belle surprise de découvrir la nouvelle terrasse en bois 👍), le barbecue, la plancha, le potager avec de bons légumes, des œufs frais quand on nourrit bien les poules, le soleil, la bonne humeur … quoi dire de plus? À part, le bonheur! Merci Nicolas !

Nous avons été fort bien accueilli par le propriétaire. Bouteille de rose à l arrivée. Accès libre aux légumes du potager et aux œufs du poulailler. Un vrai plaisir. Par ailleurs, le logement n était pas propre à notre arrivée. Aussi, tout n était pas en bon état (barre de la douche,transat de piscine). Grand ménage ultra nécessaire surtout. La maison est tellement belle qu elle le mérite bien. 🙂

Villa parfaitement conforme au descriptif initial, un accueil cordial et souple lors de l arrivée. Une villa confortable spacieuse et pratique , a noter une très belle cuisine bien équipée , deux terrasses très adaptées aux repas et apéritifs en extérieur et une piscine propre et agreable.nous avons apprécié également le potager dont nous avons pu profiter , avec une belle production de légumes de saison . En résumé une bonne adresse à recommander, assorti d un propriétaire disponible réactif et très sympathique dans un village agréable

La maison est bien située proche des commodités, et assez spacieuse pour pouvoir se reposer. Des boissons nous attendaient dans le frigo en guise de bienvenue et la maison dispose d’un poulailler et d’un jardin dans lesquels nous étions autorisés à consommer œufs et légumes !! Des bonnes surprises annoncées à notre arrivée par M. Pineau, un hôte souriant et jovial comme on en voit rarement !! Il a été très arrangeant sur l’heure d’arrivée et de départ. Je conseille cette maison pour famille ou bande d’amis 👍🏻

Nous avons passé des vacances très agréables dans cette grande maison très bien équipée et au calme. Les enfants, et les parents, ont largement profité de la piscine. L'accueil par notre hôte était parfait, avec entre autre une bouteille de rosé au frais à notre arrivée.

Hôte sympathique et attentionné, il nous a laissé une bouteille de vin et un petit apéro pour le soir, des informations sur sa région. Maison agréable et calme,chambres de taille standard, très grand salon et cuisine bien équipée, salle de bain fonctionnelle, le tout très propre. Un petit plus avec les œufs frais des poules et le potager(où l'on peut se servir). Un petit bémol sur les finitions de la maison (marches en parpaing, mur non crépité,contour de la piscine, manque barres de seuil à l'étage...).
