「Absolutely stunning location with an incredible view of the river! The walk from the ferry is up hill and takes about 15 minutes. The ferry to and from Quebec City is great. I wish I had known it would run less during the winter. It ran every hour for most of our trip. The house is perfect for 2 people. 」

There were several small maintenance issues, burnt out lights, plumbing draining, toilet leaking, worn rug, screens missing and handles need replacing. The owner does not communicate through texting. This is a main floor unit so access is easily available from the back and front.
