Spacious and comfortable

Nice quiet 5-day stay in February. This was a great place to enjoy the beautiful view of the marsh and watch the deer that hang out around the house, and the beach is exceptional for walking.

Perfect beach vacation

We loved being on the marsh with the incredible sunsets and a short golf cart ride away from the beach. This house had everything from bikes to kayaks and we enjoyed exploring the whole island. Thanks for allowing us to use your wonderful home.

Favorite House

We've been coming to Fripp for many years and this is by far the best house we've stayed in. The views are beautiful and the location on the marsh is peaceful. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. We'd love to stay here again on our next trip.

Loved the house, it didn't feel like a 'rental.' Nice fixtures, stocked with supplies, everything in great condition. We loved the deck looking over the marsh, and the quiet location was perfect on a busy weekend.

Marsh View

This house is clean, nicely decorated, and has great long range marsh views. The open kitchen is well stocked with great views from the living areas. We fished, crabbed and star gazed from the Pier behind the house. A golf cart, bikes and several kayaks are available to use. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Serene

This was our 6th year visiting the Sawgrass community on Fripp Island. This is definitely our favorite home. It is decorated beautifully and the views overlooking the marsh are spectacular. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch watching sunsets. I would highly recommend this home for your stay on the island. You will not be disappointed! Can’t wait for next year!

Fripp Island Stay

We really enjoyed our stay on Fripp Island in late March. The house was beautiful and well appointed for our family of 4. The marsh views were incredible and the kids loved standing on the deck watching the deer that would come for a visit in the late afternoon. It was a lot of fun getting around the island in the golf cart that was provided. We even used it to take a kayak to the marina. Pam responded promptly to a few questions we had while there. It was a great place to stay, we highly recommend it!

Great House with Great View

This house looks new through out and has very nice furnishings. The owner is super to work with and responds quickly. The golf cart looks new and runs great. The view of the marsh is the best on Fripp and has a very nice crabbing dock next to the house. This house is well equipped with everything you need to cook. VERY NICE!

Needle in the Haystack

This is not our first time staying here, you couldn’t ask for a better location! The sunsets from the back porch are unreal, very best on the whole island! Neighborhood is quiet and cozy. We’ve been traveling to Fripp several times per year for many, many, years. We’ve stayed in many different houses on the island. This home is truly a needle in the haystack! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a great surprise.....

We have been visiting Fripp Island for 15 years now and have stayed at a lot of homes and would have to say this was one of the best locations. We were pleasantly surprised at the condition of the home and all it had to offer. Our contact Pam was very accessible and was prompt to answer any questions we had before and during our visit. Hidden Jewel at Fripp

Tucked at the very end of quiet road, overlooking a serene and beautiful marsh, this cottage is a real find. After staying there I see why previous reviewers mention returning year after year. The home is beautiful, and the owner keeps it well-stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time there. The owner was very accessible and responded to my questions and concerns quickly. Having a golf cart available was a real plus, and the panoramic view from the large screened porch provided hours of relaxing and and enjoying time with family. I would definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Getaway!

A perfect getaway. There are no less words to describe our stay. My family and I arrived on the island late in the afternoon. We were greeted right away by some of the beautiful deer that call the island home. The house is at the end of a beautiful, wooded street. The street is a peninsula surrounded by a marsh. The house was clean and continued all the amenities that we needed. The golf cart at the property was a great plus. We thought when planning a late October trip it would be a little cold, however the weather was perfect. You are able to drive a golf cart all over the island. We were able to easily access the beach two days with a short golf cart ride up the street. We took several walks a day around the island as well. There is a trail/boardwalk that takes you from the neighborhood, over the marsh and to the main street on the island. The boys loved being able to fish on the pier that was at the end of the short trail located right beside the house. One night we made dinner at the house with the flounder that was caught. We have already began talking about going back. My family and I have visited a lot of beaches up and down the east coast and Fripp Island is one of a kind. We did purchase the club cards. We used them for golf course access, and dining at two restaurants.

Tranquility and relaxation await!

From the moment you arrive on Fripp Island you begin to feel relaxed. Once we arrived at the cottage and opened the front door, all our cares were left behind. At ever turn of taking in the cottage was a “feel good” and “home” feeling. Seldom do I visit a place and think within a few hours I would love to have a place there. After a day of some research of cottages available decided we would just continue to revisit this cottage over and over. Could never build or find one that would measure up we felt. We have a place in North Myrtle Beach and we will just pretend this is our “other home away from home” Pam makes you feel like it is your home and to use everything you see as your own. Everything you need is provided. We stayed 3 nights and did a low country boil two of the nights (kitchen is amazing!) and enjoyed it at the beautiful kitchen table overlooking the marsh. The screenporch was a favorite spot for morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails before dinner. We made several deer friends and of course we spoiled them. We even had one follow us to our car as we were leaving to go home, to tell us good bye. We enjoyed the golf cart for cruising the island and going down to the beach, where I found the perfect sand dollar. Can’t say enough about this cottage and the owner, who was easily accessible for anything we needed. It was the perfect birthday get away and we are already looking at dates to book again this year!

Complete relaxation on Fripp Island

We spent our Spring Break in Fripp Island and we couldn’t have made a better choice. It was our 1st time here and we can’t wait to return. Pam, the owner of this lovely home, was the most attentive and responsive owner we’ve ever worked with. She gave us a lot of suggestions for activities and restaurants and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. This home has it all! Comfortable beds, impeccable decorating, household supplies, beach equipment, bikes, kayaks and a golf cart. But the best thing about this house is the view!! By far, the best view on the block. We spent a lot of time enjoying both the patio and deck watching the tides roll in and out, listening to nature and watching beautiful sunsets. And every night, we were greeted by deer in the backyard. What a treat! Fripp Island was exactly what we needed for our break. It was so quiet and really gave us a chance to unplug. The beaches were so wide and clean. We enjoyed exploring the island in the golf cart seeing deer all around. When we decided to venture off island, we spent a day at Hunting Island. It has a great beach with lots of cool driftwood. And you can climb the lighthouse for a few dollars and have a great view. Highly recommend! We also spent a day in Beaufort exploring the history of the beautiful city and trying out their yummy restaurants. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Fripp Island and all that it had to offer. Specifically, this lovely home made our trip something we will remember always.

Family Vacation

Wonderful week in this beautiful home. Enjoyed our coffee every morning from the deck watching the deer. Nice ride in the golf cart to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. House is clean and comfortable. The owner checked in several times to make sure a stay was going well. We have rented it again for next year!

Great location for a long weekend stay

We had a wonderful stay at the house for a long weekend on Fripp Island. Home was very clean and had everything you need. Perfect location - very quiet, beautiful views, and the golf cart made it super easy to get around the island. We will definitely be back!
