Just book it!

We absolutely loved our stay! As vacation rental owners ourselves, we hold properties to a high standard, and this one exceeded all expectations. The beds and bedding were heavenly—some of the most comfortable we've experienced. The home was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for our family of 8 to relax and enjoy. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach. It truly was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this gem!

Fantastic Fripp Trip!

We absolutely loved our second annual trip to Fripp Island. The home was beautiful, clean and completely stocked with everything we needed. We cooked in that amazing kitchen every day and always had every utensil we could need. It was bliss! The only complaint was that the front porch staircase was a little tricky at the bottom once the sun had set--a couple times our guests slipped and avoided mild injury. We would definitely recommend this property and this stay to anyone wanting to visit this precious island.

Family Vacation

We have rented several houses on Fripp Island, this was the first time it felt like home. Everything about it was welcoming. The interior gives you a serene coastal vibe with a luxurious comfortable atmosphere. The Chef’s kitchen was a joy to cook in! All the cookware, knives, dishes and glasses were high end. The appliances are all Italian made and relatively easy to use. It was so convenient that the owner’s provided 8 beach chairs and a wagon, if you wanted to use it to bring your things to the beach. There is a beach access directly across the street! We loved having two king on suites, which is something you don’t always find. The screened in porch was used daily. There is a large tv on the wall also. Our adult children and their spouses enjoyed the ping pong table! This was the first trip that our entire family was able to go on together! Our two year old grandson had a wonderful time. We live in East Tennessee in the mountains and this was his first time visiting a beach! We also had deer in our front yard almost every day! We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and look forward to rebooking this property for years to come!
