Come and truly enjoy what Florida living is all about. This newly remodeled two bedroom 2 bathroom home is a pleasure to stay! Large pool with spacious lanai overlooking canal, windows from the kitchen that open wide to enjoy the nice salty breeze, french doors from the master bedroom to the lanai, firepit and much more! Lounge by the pool and enjoy the peace in this quiet neighborhood, with walking distance to bars and restaurants. This two bedroom two bathroom waterfront home comes with plenty of dock space and great fishing access for the fisherman in the family - 4 minutes to the intracoastal waterway to some of Florida's best beaches. You will feel right at home in this beautiful property - you can even bring your pet! (Small pets allowed)

Home away from home
We wanted to come down to Pine Island for a quick get away, but wanted to bring our little furry child. When we found this home, it looked perfect. But could it be? It was. We truly enjoyed our visit. Hoping to come back again soon. Biking, kayaking, dining (in and out), all good. Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

The house was the perfect size for our group. The outdoor living space was very nice and the pool was great! The kitchen was nicely equipped and the open concept floor plan worked great for gathering. The location was great and we would definitely visit again!

House was updated, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Appliances were all new, and kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Pool deck was large and pool was perfect temperature. Over all a great stay for my family.
