Housing:

This accommodation is entirely dedicated to lovers of design and interior architecture: glass walls, invisible doors, artists' furniture, alliance of materials .... come and discover an art of living and an absolutely unique concept of mountain habitat which contrasts with the `` classic '' rental apartment in the bland style and without charm ... From your reservation to your entry into the premises, everything is done to make you feel comfortable and ready to spend a most pleasant and authentic stay!

Exterior of the Chalet:

The chalet is located on a plot of 1200 m², travelers arrive directly with their vehicle on a private parking with covered spaces. directly accessible from the car park, tenants have a storage room (bikes / skis ...) specific to their apartment and lockable. the garden has an arbor with a table and 4 chairs for outdoor dining, as well as a barbecue.

Interaction with travelers:

I can be reached during my break hours and entirely in the evening to answer any questions or needs of travelers. The arrival at the Chalet can be done in complete autonomy, which allows to offer a great flexibility and thus to adapt to all schedules of the tenants. As soon as you enter the apartment, you will have the opportunity to find out about all the best plans in the region: restaurants, cultural outings, the best family hikes, the various activities offered by the surrounding municipalities as well as major annual events, everything this thanks to the guide I wrote especially for travelers, it will allow you to save time and have a good time with family!

Presentation of the district:

The district is ideally located a stone's throw from Grand Bornand and La Clusaz, while being far enough away to be quiet and of course with a magnificent view of the Lachat du Grand Bornand and part of the Aravis range. It is the ideal compromise between accessibility to ski areas and well-deserved evening rest in a mountain setting.

Superbe location proche de La Clusaz

L'appartement est superbement décoré.François est hyper disponible et arrangeant.Il faut compter 10/15mn pour rejoindre La Clusaz en voiture, il y a pas mal de facilités pour se garer dans La Clusaz. Ca permet d'être au calme tout en étant pas trop loin des pistes.St Jean de Sixt offre tous les services : resto, boulangerie, office de toursime, épiceries, etc ... le village est très joli.Il y a des départs de rando au pied du chalet ou dans St Jean de Sixt, idéal pour promener le chien.

Très belle location

Bel appartement (bien connecté) à la déco très moderne et fonctionnelle dans un chalet de 1813 divisé en 3 appartements où chaque locataire conserve son intimité. Beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres. Nous avons apprécié la grande cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger pour les fondues et raclettes et le coin salon en mezzanine. et en plus le jeune propriétaire est très sympa.

Beautiful Apartment

Very stylish apartment. Beautiful outlook from the balcony. Very well situated for accessing the area from Chamonix to Annecy and to Albertville Practically there is poor lighting in the kitchen area. I had to use a torch to see the oven controls and I had to boil the kettle and then move it to under a light to see how full I was filling a mug. The bed was uncomfortable But all in all the positives far outweigh the negatives and I would recommend this apartment

Fabulous stay

This is an amazing place to stay and well depicted in the pictures and description. It was quirky; clean and comfortable with everything you would need. the location was great; local villages a few minutes away about 30 mins drive from Annecy and an hour from Chamonix and Mont Blanc. The chalet was very peaceful and the views from the balcony were fantastic of which we never tired. Would highly recommend.

Superbe chalet, belles finitions. Propriétaire disponible et à l’écoute. Arrivée et départ facile. Rien à dire si ce n’est un léger manque de vaisselle pour ne pas devoir faire tourner le lave-vaisselle tous les jours. A recommander !

Un appartement dans un chalet superbement rénové. Seul bemol:une chambre sans fenêtre.

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une neige extraordinaire donc avons apprécié les départs directs du chalet pour les balades. Retour dans un appartement extrêmement confortable et chaud. Vue sur la vallée enneigée magnifique.
