Excellent location, steps from all transit options and restaurants. Room was very comfortable and a generous size. No street noise. Friendly staff, dinner buffet was great. Lobby coffee shop was perfect for morning coffee and staffed by a lovely lady. For the price point an excellent place to stay! Would definitely book again.

The room was clean and as requested, we got a pretty quiet room. However, to our surprise, the room was smaller that during our first stay there. It was barely space for our luggage. We felt remembered on our hotel in Tokyo. Very good was that the airport bus has a stop in front of the hotel. The work at the reception was much more efficient that the first time we stood there. The lunch buffet was ok; not really great but acceptable.

Everything from the staff to the service and buffet were what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. The food was incredible, and everyone was so polite and helpful. On several occassions, the front desk helped with my ipad and navigating the MTR and buslines. The coffee was beyond belief, and I felt more at home at Metro Park than anywhere else in the world

The check in goes smoothly and fast. The staff's professionalism and friendliness makes the first impression of the hotel positive. The room is overall clean but the carpet is dued for a change. Quite a few dirty black spots and mild odor from it. The location is super easy access to buses and MTR station
