“We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. Other travelers shouldn’t reasonably expect the same level of service, but you can rest assured that you will be well cared for and comfortable. My only caveat is the WiFi. "Really spacious room with duplex, suitable for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on that night as it had been booked for other event. We couldn’t enjoy the night view from restaurant but we could have breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of Mont St Michel. However, the communication between hotel was terrible. Firstly, I received a email in French only talking about the access code of carpark. I requested for an English version but no response. I used Google Translate tried to get a brief idea & visited their official website to know more about parking issue, it came out totally different in reality. On the spot, the access code was denied, parking lot was not correct. I highly recommend those need parking have to confirm through the phone. "
