Seaview Cottage is a beautiful waterfront stay with four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, located on 8 private acres resting off the Gulf of St. Lawrence in beautiful St. Margaret's/Clearspring, Prince Edward Island.

Built in 2016, Seaview combines modern luxury with stunning ocean views. This executive cottage has four spacious bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 8+ guests. The master suite features an ensuite and direct deck access. The expansive deck includes both covered and open areas, plus a screened-in space with a propane fireplace. Seaview also boasts its own private stairs leading directly to beach. The beach is rocky directly in front of the cottage but a white sand beach only a short drive away.

Seaview is located 10 minutes from the town of Souris which has all the offerings of a quaint town. Seaview is a short drive to three renowned golf courses, various popular lighthouses, and Basin Head beach (Singing Sands beach).
