“Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. Yes, there are neighbors so the basic common neighborly courtesy applies.The neighbors and staff are also……

“*SCAM ALERT* I booked this place and paid upfront for 3nights. When it was close to check-in time, I called and was as told over the phone by the host that they do not take last minute bookings. They never refunded me nor answered the rest of my calls.”

“Place was not what I expected , windows were not able to close, peeling paint on ceiling, face basing looks like mold and mold on the ceiling in the bedroom. I would never book there again.”

“A little piece of paradise. Fantastic location just a few steps into the ocean. The property is very well equipped. Comfortable bed and the huge window seats that double up as a beds are equally very comfortable. Everyone was very helpful. Jennifer and Tess are wonderful hosts. Jennifer is so informative and can be easily contacted if you have any questions. Kevin (Alco) cooked lobster and fish which I highly recommend. Don't hesitate to book this beautiful condo.”
