「The stay was fine for what it was, considering it was a last minute booking and just needed a spot for two nights. I ended up cutting the stay short and cancelled the additional night as there were a lot of ants. On the floor, on the counter/ kitchen sink, including crawling on the bed, and I don’t just mean one or two. It was pretty bad. Also the pool was green and I wouldn’t consider it clean to swim in.」

「I booked a room at the mobay club. When I got there The room was behind the Mobay Club. It was raining and water was running down the wall next to the front door. I notified karl and the next day a manager and a handyman came to look at it. The water pressure was very low. On the 24th I had no water texted Karl to see what time the water would come on and he said that he didn't know. No staff to check you in or out. The room has a partial ocean view. Air conditioner. 「The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again」
