"Great 2 BR unit and amenities in a nice location just a couple blocks to North OC beach though far from the Boardwalk. Our family really enjoyed our 2-night stay! The very clean outdoor hot tub was fantastic and just what our tired bones needed! Just make sure maids are always cleaning out bathroom spa tub jets but ZERO issues with cleanliness otherwise.A wonderful experience and I highly recommend!"

"The room was clean. Close to the beach. Parking was easy. Staff was helpful when needing towels. Kids loved the pool hours and went swimming after dinner."

Quaint, but pristine 2-bedroom condo with free WiFi and an outdoor pool located uptown on the bayside in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood!

"Really was a perfect fit for my wife and 2 kids. Clean, cozy and cool after a hot day. Check in to get key way 80 blocks away but process was easy. Would definitely stay there again"

"We just got back from our stay over the 4th of July Holiday. 3 night stay. Location was perfect. The condo was very clean!! 6-7 min walk to beach. The furniture was great. 6 of us stayed and had a few relatives over at night who live very close by. The sofa was AMAZING! WOW! Seating for 6 with a large storage ottoman plus a table that sat 6 and 3 counter stools. Plenty of room to eat, play games, and relax. Loved the beach decor without it being “overdone”. I loved the furnishings in this place. Kitchen had a flex brew and a Keurig. Dishwasher and sink worked great. The beds- one Murphy, one full, one twin, and a King. All very comfy! I would suggest a linen service so you do not have to pack sheets and bath towels.My suggestions/cons- the middle bathroom- the tub was VERY slow draining. Could use someone to take a look at it. There is no closet in primary bedroom so if planning on staying for a full week be aware. The en-suite bathroom only has pedestal sink and mirror. No room for toiletries or extra toilet paper, etc.. I would suggest at least a medicine cabinet. Middle bedroom has a large closet but a lot was taken up with owners items. The small cabinet in the primary bedroom hardly held any of our clothes. Would suggest to owners something longer with more room for clothing. Upgrade on the oven. Took long to heat up. Upstairs noisy with little kids but sometimes can’t help that. Even with all that I still would rent this again in a heart beat! We had a great time!"
