「Not many people go to OCMD over the winter. My wife and I were looking for a quick and cozy getaway, and this location delivered! The owner's communication was excellent. (I accidentally deleted the original e-mail with check-in information, and they resent it immediately when I asked.) The condo was clean, comfy, and beautifully decorated. I could also see how this condo would be a prime location for a fmaily to vacation in over the summer.」

「This unit has all the conveniences of home. It's cozy but big enough for a large group, we had two adults and three children under the age of twelve. They, also have a front balcony where you leave all your items from the beach, which eliminates any sand in the condo. The Gold Coast is a few blocks away which has all the stores you need. Acme Market and restaurants are also close.」

「This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

Not only did every employee we came into contact with also greet our dog (and I do mean everytime we saw someone they said hi to us and our dog) staff talked to us about different events ocean city has and what we should come back down for. The kind woman who checked us in late Thursday night has to be the sweetest person I have ever met in ocean city. She pulled a double shift and still talked with my fiancé at i at 1030 at night with a bright smile on her...
